Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda), one of the strongest storms ever recorded has killed thousands upon thousands of people. The survivors desperately need your help!
I donated to the Philippine Red Cross a few moments ago and if you can, please do the same.

I read about Alan Dunn’s cause on Shane’s blog a few moments ago and the least I could do is blog about it and ask you guys to give it a moment of your time.
First, read Shane’s post.
Then, if you can, click HERE to donate.
I don’t know Alan Dunn personally but we’ve interacted on my blog a few times and his comments were always insightful, I sincerely wish him and his family all the best!

Given the fact that Rick and Howard are offering a $300 discount if you sign up today, I thought it would be a good idea to publish the post while their offer is still live. If you live in the New York area or know a person who does and who wants to help someone who is fighting leukemia by being a donor for an urgent bone marrow transplant, drive to the Berkeley Carroll School in Brooklyn (Park Slope) as soon as possible.
For more details, read this blog post. Jennifer needs your help and even if you’re not from the New York area, you can still help save a life by joining the Be the Match Marrow Registry.
