… depending on whether or not you understand the importance of self-discipline. Not having a 9 to 5 job is a privilege because you get to decide how your time is invested. There’s no boss to decide that for you since… well, you’re the boss.
Over the past few years, here are the things I noticed about the way I allocate time:
1) I pretty much stopped watching TV
2) I’m considerably better at identifying dangerous time sinks than in the past: if I spend an hour doing something utterly useless, I know nobody’s going to give me that hour back
3) I invest in myself more and more: quality food, physical activity and so on
In other words, I’d say I’m considerably better organized than if I would have had a 9 to 5 job from all perspectives. Other entrepreneurs on the other hand become “sloppy” for lack of a better word. If you’re not careful, it’s easy to end up on a downward spiral when it comes to productivity.
At the end of the day, it all depends on how you use that freedom.
On the Internet, everything you ever wanted and more in terms of entertainment is only a click away and that’s why lots and lots of people aren’t able to organize their time in an effective manner as entrepreneurs/domainers. Don’t make that mistake, learn to say “no” and you’ll thank me later š

Good points š It is not easy to “self manage” but it is totally worth it!
