One of My Top Goals for 2016: Learn Chinese

Posted on 11 October 2015 by Andrei

I’ve been thinking about this more and more lately, 2016 will most likely be the year in which I learn Chinese.

Why?

Well, I think most people don’t yet realize just how much Chinese investors and capital will shape our industry in the future.

Are Domainers Interested in Economics-Related Stuff?

Posted on 10 October 2015 by Andrei

As some of you know, I’m an economist “by trade” and in my opinion, all domainers should at the very least know the basics when it comes to economics.

Seems Efty.com Is Doing Well, Congrats Mike!

Posted on 09 October 2015 by Andrei

I’ve exchanged emails with a domainer today and for the first time, I’ve noticed him using Efty.com for his portfolio site.

As some of you know, Mike Cyger announced his involvement in Efty not so long ago, he’s done a lot for the industry and I really hope he will do well with this venture.

Domain Sales Newsletter Case Study – Part 8

Posted on 05 October 2015 by Andrei

This week’s newsletter is quite balanced in my opinion.

My newsletters are usually dominated by one domain category (LLLL.coms, keyword domains, one worders and so on) but this week, there’s something on the list for everyone. I have LLLL dot coms, I have one word dot coms at further reduced prices, then some other domains and even a few websites (at prices which have been reduced again).

Post Your Skype Username

Posted on 04 October 2015 by Andrei

Not sure how many of you are active on Skype, thought it might be a good idea to invite readers to post a comment with their Skype username, along with a few details about themselves and their interests.

Please don’t just limit yourself to posting your Skype ID, you need to also let people know a thing or two about yourself so that they can determine whether or not they want to add you.

Why Are the Chinese Buying So Aggressively?

Posted on 03 October 2015 by Andrei

Don’t make the mistake of assuming, like many people do, that Chinese investors are simply mindlessly buying certain types of inventory because they don’t know better. I assure you, their reasons for buying are extremely rational.

Fanboys.com – Last Chance to Make an Offer

Posted on 02 October 2015 by Andrei

I’ve received an offer for Fanboys.com from another domainer that I’m thinking about accepting, the price is ridiculously low but I need some quick liquidity, so I’ll most likely accept if I don’t receive a higher offer from you guys.

To make me an offer, send an email to admin@domainingtips.com.

I’m willing to be very flexible, let me know what your best offer is and I’ll see what I can do.
