Nowadays, it’s very hard to identify decent investment opportunities.
Stocks are (in my opinion) overvalued at this point.
Government Bonds? Well for the safe choices, the return is ridiculously low and as for the other ones… no thanks!

Homeless Person Does the Right Thing, Makes $100k+

Ok, this post isn’t about domaining but whenever I come across something like this, I feel like sharing it with other people.
Summary: a woman gives some money to a homeless person but accidentally drops her ring in his cup. After realizing she lost her ring, she finds the homeless person and guess what, he kept it for her and gives it back. As a gesture of gratitude, she starts a donation campaign at GiveForward.com and at the moment of writing, $100k+ have been raised.
The campaign is still live, so I’m sure more money will be raised. Always nice to read stuff like this, hope you feel the same way!

If you can help someone, do it. A lot of times, the little things count.
If you notice that a domain a friend/contact of yours most likely wants is on the market (maybe that first person’s first+last name combo, for example), let him or her know.

3d domains, cloud domains, you name it. Can future trend domains be profitable? Sure, they *can* be but they can also be a trap. Whenever you find out about something like a new technology that you think will catch on, your first reaction as a domainer is, of course, to start looking for domains.
