I have to admit that I’m looking forward to seeing some numbers tomorrow but personally, I decided not to go after any Dot London or Dot Global domains.
When it comes to new gTLDs, I’m getting pickier and pickier.
Therefore, I’m only willing to reach for my wallet if a genuinely amazing combo is available at a bagain basement price.
With so many options to choose from, it’s a strategy that makes sense in my opinion.
Am I saying you can’t do ok with new gTLDs that aren’t let’s say the best of the best?
Of course not.
At this point, it’s still way too early to draw conclusions, so there are no certainties. I’m convinced lots of domainers will do well with business models I wouldn’t have even thought of, that’s the beauty of domaining and the Internet in general.
As far as the answer to today’s question is concerned though, it’s “no” in my case.
What about you, did you register any .London or .Global domains?

Nope, to pricey at $50 plus, to many holdbacks, and collisions.
