… am I the only one who thinks this is pretty important?
Other registrars managed to do it, so figuring out a solution can’t be *that* difficult. I remember the first time I tried to perform a bulk search for new gTLDs, noticed it didn’t work and thought it’s only a temporary situation.
Here we are, months later and still nothing.
It may not seem like that much of a big deal but it is.
At this point, most new gTLD buyers are not end users but rather people who search for more than one domain. If you’re an end user then sure, it’s not a big deal but as a domainer, it’s quite annoying/frustrating.
Oh well, c’est la vie 🙂

I am with you on this. Initially during the gTLD roll outs(.ventures and .graphics time) their bulk search was working with gTLD. Then they stopped allowing bulk searches on gTLDs. I believe they have their reasons to not allow it.

Godaddy did you a favor, it is called risk assessment, to many hardworking people are burning their funds on these gtld’s, at least this way you will do it slower. The fundamentals behind the registries is flawed, and you will see more of these in the coming months.

Good observation. It’s a pure waste of time for us to search for these new domains one at a time when we can easily search for 500 in a single go. I’m sure Godaddy will add this feature in soon enough.

I can do bulk search using godaddy for GTLDs like
.buzz, .club, .build, .company, etc
It is “hidden”, not really on the GTLD page itself though..
