I distinctly remember a post I made a month ago and Paul aka snoopy posted some interesting comments which made it clear that when it comes to future domain values, he is not optimistic. On the other hand, we have Mike Mann as an example of a domainer who added ~100,000 domains to his portfolio in 2011, so he obviously has a completely different opinion.
Where do you guys stand, are you bullish or bearish?
If possible, please also explain why, should be interesting.

Extremely bullish on ‘quality’ future tech/trend (dot-coms) in areas like Graphene, Holograms,TV Band Devices, Proximity, and Sentiment Analysis.
If you’re not following the daily news in these areas that are – and will continue to – change our lives, you don’t know what you’re missing.

Extremely bullish on great .coms and .orgs, both generics and great potential brand names, also ccTLDs and IDNs.
Regarding Snoopy, he is a very bright guy, very knowledgeable, very witty, but has he ever been anything but pessimistic? It seems all the posts I have read for years have been so. Maybe I missed the time when he was not.
