Some of them work for up to three domains, some of them might only work for one.

You can figure out what the price each coupon lets you register domains at is by taking a look at its name. If the name of the coupon contains the number 249, it means it lets you register/transfer domains at $2.49. It it contains the number 295, it lets you register/transfer domains at $2.95 and so on.
