I own:
FirstNameLastName.com of myself, my wife and two kids.
I also own my FirstName.info, and my son’s FirstName.org
I think its a must to anybody, earning a living online or not.

Its great from GoDaddy but I always buy domains for business point of view.I never ever prefer personal named domain,for this I use free blogs creation sites.
