Someone who works in the construction industry should always pay attention to hazards which are specific to that line of work.
The same thing goes for athletes, health professionals, you name it.
Each industry has its own health risks.
When it comes to the construction industry, we have injuries as a result of poor safety regulations as an example.
Among doctors, we have risks such as catching a disease from patients.
When it comes to athletes, we have injuries that come as a result of pushing your body too hard.
But what about domainers and online entrepreneurs?
The health risks associated with domaining, for example, aren’t as obvious as those associated with other occupations.
*BUT*
That doesn’t mean they are less dangerous.
The main risk is probably the “sedentary lifestyle” aspect of domaining.
If you’re not careful, you can end up dramatically increasing you diabetes risk, your heart disease risk and the list could go on and on.
Study after study tells you this.
Yet most of the people who will ready this article will probably have a reaction such as “come on Andrei, you can’t be serious” simply because they perceive the risk as something abstract.
Bad idea.
Bad, bad idea.
How many of you are in less than stellar shape?
How many of you kinda-sorta wanted to do something about it (New Year’s Resolutions, for example) but ended up finding excuses such as “I’m too busy” and so on?
Probably 90%+ of those who are reading this post.
Freedom can be a great thing but you and you alone are responsible for your life.
No boss to tell you what to do, nada.
This means it’s all up to you.
A way of thinking such as “I’m too busy” is unacceptable.
You’re not indestructible, you really aren’t.
Maybe it’s time you started taking the health risks of your occupation more seriously. Acknowledging them would at least be a decent start and there’s no time like the present to do it 🙂

Attention all domainers: Get off your fat asses and start working out!
