Posted on 17 February 2020 by NamePros Daily

Today: TradeMissions.com sold for $4,688 / How to evaluate the price of a domain name / Share tools that you use in domaining? / and More…

Here are the new discussions that caught my eye in the domain community today:

Buying One-word English Dictionary domains – Budget: Up to $100,000.00 – This buyer has a rather large budget for the perfect single-word .com domain that meets their specified criteria. Be sure to check your portfolio to see if you have what they need.

Revenue domain wanted – Total Budget: $10,000.00 – Are you holding any developed or parked domain names that generate revenue consistently each month? If so, and you want to liquidate for some fast reinvestment capital, this might be an opportunity to do so.

Buying technology company brandable .com – Budget: Up to $500.00 – Are you holding onto any brandable technology related domain names that a start-up might want to brand on? If so, and you’re ready for a smooth transaction, this might be the perfect opportunity for some fast cash.

Share tools that you use in domaining? – What are some of the most valuable domain related tools that you use every day to help with your domain investing? Share your top tools and compare notes with what tools other domain investors use.

How to evaluate the price of a domain name – Do you have a special formula for evaluating a domain names worth? How do you establish value on a developed domain name asset? Take a look at what some domain name investors think and share your experience in domain evaluating.

TradeMissions.com sold for $4,688 – That’s not a bad domain name sales report for a thirteen-letter, two-word, .com domain name for a mid-four-figures. Do you think it should have sold for more or less than what it sold for?

New investors increasing the competition – What are your thoughts when it comes to saturating the market with new domain investors? Do you think there is a limited demand that gets smaller each time a new investors enters the industry or is there plenty of opportunity out there still?

Posted on 25 August 2018 by NamePros Daily

Today: Sharing personal experience in selling domains / The current state of the market for .TAXI and .LIMO / X65.com sold for $5,346 / And more!

Here are the new discussions that caught my eye in the domain community today:

Buying starter websites with some traffic – Be sure to check your portfolio for one of these starter websites with traffic stats. This buyer has a budget of up to $800.00 for the right one.

Spent more than $500 on hand-regs – Now what? – What would you do next after registering that many domain names? Should they research end users, develop them, or dump them and start over?

ParisianProperty.com – please help me appraise this name – This domain names niche seems to have a viable target audience. How much do you think ot’s worth in today’s markets?

X65.com sold for $5,346 – Not too bad of a domain sales report for a letter, number, number (Three-Character) .com. Sadly, it seems that 3 character domains value isn’t holding as strong as they used to.

Sharing personal experience in selling domains – If you have been seeing success in the way you sell domain names, be sure to share some of your strategy with others and check out what they are doing that works for them.

The current state of the market for .TAXI and .LIMO – Are you investing into the mew gTLD’s .limo or .taxi? Share some of your research with other investors and see what they have to say about thee new gTLD’s in today’s markets.

The right way to pick a domain name – Do you have a domain selection strategy that works? Have you tried any of the other suggestions investors mentioned? Share your strategy and compare notes with like-minded investors.
