Boomers.com Sold at NameJet ($26,900)

Posted on 09 November 2011 by Andrei

The domain Boomers.com fetched $26,900 at Namejet after 320 bids from 230 bidders, 4 NameJet users were involved in the bidding war after the amount reached the 5 fig zone.

Baby boomers, an impressive market with some very interesting unique characteristics IMO. There are lots of controversies surrounding baby boomers and the role they played (and play) in the US economy, excellent domain.

There’s a Boomers here in San Diego that operates a popular chain of arcades/mini-golf. I think they’re in some other places too. Hopefully they were aware of the name and at least in the bidding for it if not won it.
