If you own 4-5 figure domains and want to liquidate (reseller prices only please), shoot us an email (domains@auctionpus.com). If your domain is worth 4 figures at the very least and is priced to sell, we’re willing to list it without asking for a minimum commission if and only if the reserve is reasonable.
Again, we’re not willing to list domains with reserves that don’t make sense. If you own a domain like WQY.com and want to go with a reserve of $10k, please look elsewhere. A domain like that (low-quality LLL.com) is worth around $3.5k – $4k at this point, so the reserve should be in the $3.5k range.
If you own lots of 4-5 figure domains and would like some money in the bank as well, price your domains to sell and contact us. We’ll ask for an 8% commission if and only if the domain sells. Not too shabby, don’t you agree?

8% is a very good commission (it’s the lowest commission of all sites), there will be plenty of contenders after this announcement.

How do we know if it’s worth 4figures?
June 5th, 2010 at 7:46 am
I had the same question Ricky just asked. When you say worth 4-5 figures, are you thinking of automated appraisals like Estibot? Are you going to rely on the seller’s opinion? Are you going to decide which domain is worth 4-5 figures?

@Ricky and O.V.: if you guys think that a certain domain that you own has a liquid value of 4 figures at the very least and want to sell it, feel free to shoot us an email (domains@auctionpus.com) and we’ll gladly take a look (we can’t promise that we’ll list it but we’ll definitely analyze it) 🙂

I believe there is another party in between iREIT and namejet, thus the privacy on many of the domains. So this is more a story of successful flipping than anything else.

I’ve never brokered a domain before and probably never will, but I can certainly see the point in it for a person with a very limited budget. If for an example you are from a poorer county with minimal wages, being a domain broker would definately be a good hobb

When aggregated as you’ve done; and this doesn’t even include the many 100′s of weekly sales at the other venues or all the many undisclosed sales; the domain market is actually quite robust.

Great stuff. The crime is finally unveiled. This is Criminal. NatARb is a total scam. And Domainers are footing the bill with reverse domain hijackings.

Tongei and MJ, the intention of the .fm domain handling being contracted out is not to place the FSM on a list or map that is of no value to anyone, but rather the intention is to make money from our .fm domain and that is exactly what is being done; making money and lots of it!

The buyer price is top dollar for this domain. I hope this close in a good ending.
