The winner of our Valuate.com contest posted his entry (a domain with an appraisal of $226,000) 3 minutes before the contest ended and another person posted an impressive entry (an appraisal of $1 million) just 1 minute too late. An extremely exciting contest and guess what, our second contest will go live later today 🙂
Be sure to check out or first contest thread if you haven’t by now, here it is:

Anything you can tell us about the second contest? I’m loving your forum so far and if it’s anyone who can give domainers the best possible platform to share thoughts freely, it’s you 🙂

Too bad I only found out about the forum today, maybe I could have found a few good submissions. I don’t think I could have done better than a million or maybe I could have, too late to make assumptions. I’ll be in for your next contests, count on me.

I did it again Andrei, I think I made a typo with my email address again. My name appears on your commentator plugin two times, I did something like this not so long ago but I guess I didn’t learn my lesson. Sorry for causing problems, you can call me mr. typo I guess.

@nmwando: fixed 😉
Don’t worry man, you simply added an extra “s” before the “@”, fixing everything only took a few seconds.

The forum is clearly on the right track, you’re working your ass off but it’s worth it.

Thank you for the congrats 🙂
I think that now that I know the secret it would be easy to find even more…
When I found that one valuated at 76k or something I was happy, then 126k ending with 1 million, but 1 minute late, I was writing a congratulations to the winner post when the idea struck me! Even so I finished writing the post and only after did I ran dia-mond.de through Valuate.com … and the result was amazing, lol 🙂 When I wrote the second post, I was really happy thinking that I had won… only to see the hour (3:01) and updating the post to “Oh no! After the hour… ”
Even so I confess it was an exciting contest 😀
