With interests rates at record-breaking lows worldwide, I’m sure I’m not the only one who noticed that the yields/potential yields associated with let’s call them mainstream assets aren’t impressive right now.

Stocks in general are clearly overpriced, some of them downright ridiculously overpriced.

Gold, silver and other metals have seen better days.

Bonds have outrageously low returns.

… and so on.

Therefore, I’d say domains represent one of the few truly enticing investment options.

In fact, when it comes to domains, the current economic landscape is actually an advantage for you as a buyer.

It might very well be one of the last opportunities to acquire quality domains at deeply discounted prices.

As time passes, mainstream investment opportunities will shine again and when the time is right sure, diversification makes sense. But when the offline opportunities are just not there, you can’t afford to ignore the online ones that are right in front of you 🙂
