… yes, this post is about sleep. In 2013, I decided that it’s time to start sleeping like a normal person. As you know, I’m not from the US and since I’m in a different time zone, it’s easier (in most cases) to communicate with others by basically “adopting” the US time zone.
In other words, that usually means the following in my case: sleep when the sun is rising, work when it’s dark.
There’s just one problem: us humans are supposed to do the exact opposite.
Neglecting the importance of sleep is starting to take its toll on my health and we can’t have that.
I’m a reasonably active person, I eat healthy food but by not sleeping like a normal person, I’m shooting myself in the foot.
I’m sure there are other domainers/entrepreneurs reading this who are not from the US or Canada and my personal recommendation (a recommendation I’ll be following as well as of this point) is this: try to organize everything in a manner that enables you to sleep like a normal person.
