12 new gTLDs will be in the spotlight next week and all of the action will take place during the first three days: one landrush, four Early Access Programs and seven General Availability phases.
Monday (the 8th of September) will be one of the busiest geo new gTLD days we’ve had thus far.
There will be one landrush:
Dot Okinawa
… and one General Availability phase:
Dot Yokohama
On Tuesday (September 9), two new gTLDs will enter the General Availability phase:
Dot London
Dot Global
Dot London is definitely worth keeping an eye on, I’m not sure if it’s *the* most expected geo but it’s one of the most expected ones for sure.
As far as Dot Global is concerned, since this extension can be considered a “general” one such as Dot XYZ and Dot Link, the expectations are quite high. Will be interesting to find out whether or not Dot Global will do ok.
And last but not least, Wednesday (September 10) will be the busiest day of the week for new gTLDs, as always.
The Early Access Program will start for the following new gTLDs:
Dot Church
Dot Guide
Dot Life
Dot Loans
… and the General Availability phase will start for the following extensions:
Dot Church
Dot Guide
Dot Life
Dot Loans
I do my best to provide accurate information but please keep in mind that since there are so many new gTLDs and since a lot of them are very poorly promoted (pretty much no promotion whatsoever in a lot of cases), I might have missed some.
Do your own research, don’t rely exclusively on mine.

“please keep in mind that since there are so many new gTLDs and since a lot of them are very poorly promoted (pretty much no promotion whatsoever in a lot of cases), I might have missed some.”
This process has become painful.
Next stop: Abrupt closure of numerous gtld’s.
Final Destination: Stick with .Com

I think .London will be a seminal moment for the new tlds.
If the numbers are perceived as weak or doctored I think people will write off future geos and it will be a further dampener on the new tld market. This is arguably the best geo tld and one of the most anticipated new tlds.
