Consulting in Exchange for Charity Donations?

Posted on 03 August 2014 by Andrei

I decided to start an interesting experiment as of today. If you are interested in my consulting services, I’m willing to help and in return, you have to make a donation to a noble cause.

I’ve never seen this concept put to good use before, so why not give it a try?

Seems like a win-win-win situation: you get to pick my brain and put my advice to good use, both parties do a good deed and most importantly, money goes towards a good cause.

It will work like this, just two steps:

1) Choose the charity (my personal preference is anything related to cancer research) and after making the donation, shoot me an email at admin@domainingtips.com with a photo/screenshot which proves that the donation has been made

2) Let me know what I can be of help with and we will communicate via email as of that point. What am I good at? Well, here’s a bit of information about my expertise.

First and foremost, I’m a self-made Internet entrepreneur and investor (as an investor, I specialize in exotic assets such as domains, websites and so on). I’ve been running DomainingTips for several years and have launched a hosting business, a brokerage business, an auction platform, an escrow business and two development businesses.

Aside from that, I’m also an economist “by trade” and a reasonably good one at that. I’m currently in the process of writing a book and my expertise as an economist, corroborated with my experience as an entrepreneur and investor, make me very good at seeing the proverbial big picture.

What can you ask me?

Pretty much anything related to domaining, business and/or economics.

How much should you donate?

Please be generous! You’ll be donating directly to the charity you’ve chosen (but again, please email me a photo or screenshot which proves that a donation has been made) and I will make zero dollars. All of this is for a good cause, so be generous!

How will we communicate?

Via email, as keeping track of everything is a lot easier that way. My email address is admin@domainingtips.com.

That’s pretty much it 🙂
