At this point, they don’t allow keyword-rich pages but that might change soon, so this update is of interest to you as a domainer. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that Google+ fan pages are now live, click HERE if you want one.
Google+ will not be a FB killer IMO but hey, maybe they’ll prove me wrong. I just don’t see it receiving interest from the “not-exactly-tech-savvy” crowd and this is a HUGE problem for obvious reasons.

I think that Google if they gets lucky they could take over Facebook because Google still has more unique visitors than Facebook and there is no sign that it could change anytime soon.
The other positive things is Google Chrome, they have almost managed(will manage this month or one after) to surpass Firefox by its market share. Few years ago no one believed in Chrome but just few years later they have become dominant in the industry. They just created faster, safer browser and did a better marketing to it.
Same thing applies to Google+. Google have resources to invest, product is great and you need only one account to manage all your daily “online activities” – chrome, gmail, docs, maps, Google+, analytics, android etc.
If Google will push their service in front for more and more their service users, there is no way someone can stop the Google+.
But still there is loads of “if” in the list and only time will show whats going to happen.

I don’t know . . . Google+ might have something going for them since the more conservative crowd are much more likely to use a social media platform that is directly connected with their email contacts already, rather than signing up for an account on another platform, however popular it may be!
