4 GoDaddy Discount Codes

Posted on 30 June 2013 by Andrei

This week, I found 4 GoDaddy coupons for you guys. One of them should work worldwide, one of them only works for customers from US/Canada, one of them only works for certain regions in the US (and possibly Canada) and as for the final one… I have no idea 🙂

Add Me on Skype

Posted on 29 June 2013 by Andrei

If you’re an active/experienced domainer and I don’t have you on my Skype list yet, feel free to add me. If you’re a beginner and want to ask me a domaining-related question, please do it via email instead because on Skype, such discussions end up becoming waaaaaaay too long and as much as I’d like to help you, the day only has 24 hours and emails are far more convenient for both parties

Be Sure to Check Out

Posted on 28 June 2013 by Andrei

Andrew Rosener (Media Options) teamed up with Christopher Crowther (InternetMedia) in order to launch, a new domain sales platform that’s definitely worth checking out.

Running such a platform will be extremely hard but both parties have been around the block for quite a while, so the fundamentals are there and I wish them all the best.

Five GoDaddy Coupons

Posted on 27 June 2013 by Andrei

I have five coupons for you guys this week. Found 4 of them myself and the fifth was recommended by a reader, RAYY. I think at least two of them should work worldwide but as always, I can’t be 100% sure.

Didn’t test any of these myself, here they are.

Domains Are Better Than Gold

Posted on 26 June 2013 by Andrei

One of the reasons why gold has always been popular is the fact that it’s a very portable store of value. If things go wrong in your country, you take your gold and move somewhere else. The same thing can’t be said about real estate, for example.

Well, domains are better from that point of view because they’re even more portable than gold.

Guest Posting Opportunities on

Posted on 25 June 2013 by Andrei

I’m not interested in general posts about how to choose a good domain or stuff like that, there are already plenty of those. I’m interested in your story and it doesn’t have to be anything spectacular like making a gazillion dollars in 3 days.

Maybe some of you went from being complete beginners to quitting your job. Others are happy with earning a steady part-time income. Maybe you have an interesting story to share about one of your sales and so on.

In My Opinion, The Economic Crisis Is Here to Stay

Posted on 24 June 2013 by Andrei

Rick Schwartz wrote an article earlier today about why he thinks the effects of the economic crisis will start fading away.

He lives in the United States so from that perspective, I understand the validity of the points he’s making. But as someone who lives in Europe, I will try to explain why I think he is misinterpreting the signs he’s seeing.

I wish the crisis could indeed be over but unfortunately, that’s not the case and without some fundamental changes, I just don’t see it happening.

There Are Three Main Types of Domain Buyers, Not Just Two

Posted on 22 June 2013 by Andrei

Most domainers consider that there are only two types of domain buyers: resellers (those who buy domains with the intention of selling them at a profit later on) and end users (for example, if you own the domain, a furniture company would represent an end user).

I think that’s inaccurate because there’s another type of domain buyer, a type most people ignore: the webmaster.

3 GoDaddy Discount Codes

Posted on 21 June 2013 by Andrei

One of them lowers the price of dot coms to $2.49, the other one to $2.95 and the third to $4. Not sure about the first two but the third coupon works for up to three domains.

Also, I’m not sure whether or not they work for all countries or only for customers from the US/Canada, didn’t try any of them myself.
