As a domainer AND a developer, I firmly believe in turning amazing domains into long-term businesses (in this case, design services at WHOLESALE prices). As of today, my company will be offering banner design services through Banners.biz, logo design services through Logos.biz and theme/template design services through Themes.biz. I know you guys like case studies, so here it goes:
Background
I’ve been offering all of these services for several years and have mostly been relying on word of mouth advertising, so by launching these three projects, I’m simply making it “official”.
My company specializes in offering services at WHOLESALE prices. Some people specialize in retail services (selling to let’s say the “end users” of the development world – local small businesses, corporate clients and so on), while I prefer to focus on wholesale services (selling to experienced Internet users at rock bottom prices).
Why Banners.biz, Logos.biz and Themes.biz?
Simply put, dot biz works GREAT for projects which are actually related to doing business online, just like dot org works great for charities and other organizations.
Using Banners.org, Logos.org and Themes.org to SELL banners, logos and themes? Not exactly a brilliant idea, just like using dot biz domains for websites which are not commercial in nature wouldn’t make sense either.
Why Wholesale Prices?
A lot of people make money by selling “overpriced” services at retail prices to small businesses or corporations but that’s just not my cup of tea. I’m not saying there isn’t money to be made but I prefer to stick with what I do best and that’s catering to the needs of the WHOLESALE market.
It works like this:
1) my company represents the place people who end up selling to retail clients buy services from
2) my company represents the place webmasters who want to launch professional websites without going bankrupt buy services from
That’s basically it, the wholesale market or the place I like to call home 🙂
How to Order?
Simply visit Banners Dot Biz, Logos Dot Biz or Themes Dot Biz and click on the “Order Now” button.
You will be taken to a page with a simple contact form, fill it out and click on the “Submit” button. That’s it, someone from my company will contact you within 24 hours with further details and there you have it.
Your Business = A Marathon
Most people love shortcuts, I don’t. I don’t want to sell you an overpriced banner, an overpriced logo or an overpriced theme and then never hear from you again.
I want to offer AFFORDABLE services and do such a great job that you will have no choice but to make us your “go to” guys. Not just one project, I want all of them!
Great Domains + Solid Business Model + Determination
There you have it, the conclusion. One simple formula which pretty much describes my way of doing things as an entrepreneur. It’s right there in front of you and has been all along.
But do most people listen? Nope!
They prefer to be lazy and on a constant lookout for shortcuts, a journey which makes them WEAKER, while mine constantly makes me STRONGER.
Nobody said doing business online was easy. Believe me guys, it’s hard and a 9 to 5 way of seeing things won’t get you anywhere but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I firmly believe in working my ass off, BUILDING something meaningful and loving every minute of it: Great Domains + Solid Business Model + Determination!

Great domains, great looking sites.
It’s good to see proper domains go to use instead of parked or not resolving.
Congratulations on the new sites, and best of luck. I will be looking into the banner and theme services after the holidays for a few of our sites.

You’re very well known in the AM community for your top notch services and not just among domainers. I don’t say this about many people but you’re one of the few who worked your way up to your current reputation, mad props and I hope you have a great 2011

Yes, many domaining oldtimers criticize any TLD which isn’t .COM but a solid keyword domain in most any extension can be developed into a business. Thanks for the info (banners, logos, themes) and best of luck with these.
