As some of you know, I’m an economist “by trade” and will be launching a YouTube channel soon-ish. I’ll start by publishing short and catchy economics-related animations through which I’ll be covering the basics. What inflation is, what deflation is, why financial calamities exist and so on.
Do any of you guys have experience with YouTube video publishing?
I’m especially interested in tips about how to promote videos.
This project is more of a hobby than anything else, so I don’t really have a well put together video marketing plan. For the most part, I’ll just share my videos on DomainingTips and a couple of other websites, then hope people will find them useful and spread some love.
At the beginning, the channel won’t provide that much value but after it has 50-100 videos or so, I’m hoping people will start linking to it as a go-to resource.
So if any of you have at least a bit of YouTube experience, please share some tips by posting a comment or shoot me an email at admin@domainingtips.com.
All the best,
Andrei

Hi, I have friends that are really well known make up artist sisters here in the UK, they, well one sister started vlogging on youtube in 2006 and now jet set their brand all over the world.
It’s amazing that vlogging or YouTubing has been around for a long time and only in 2014 has there been expanded interest in business endeavours related to this medium.
If you were to get serious about it, one point to consider is the very recently launched YouTube Red a paid subscription service with no ads.
Good luck!
