Many people continue to talk about the great type-in traffic they get when in fact most people would be surprised what the numbers actually are in reality. The trick is that someone cannot plan on just having a great domain name to be successful, more and more it is important to think of all avenues to promote a business and anyone looking to buy a great domain name for their brand also has to figure out how to get people to that brand, today that equates to search, social media, and mobile apps more and more. In the past though it was all about single word names getting thousands of visits per day because the users just went and typed it in, that is great but most users are getting more sophisticated.
