No need to waste valuable time, I’ll get straight to the point: my name is Andrei and I’m currently in charge of running things over at Billion Dollar Media, the company which bought DomainingTips.com. Interested in finding out what I’m putting on the table as a blogger? Read on and you won’t regret it, scout’s honor.

A Little Bit about Myself

I’m a former “unconventional marketer” who used to make money exclusively by gaming systems (social media websites, for example) and has “turned legit”. I’m sure that my perspective on the industry will help a lot of you guys make considerably more money for one simple reason: I see things from a totally different angle.

Let me put it this way: I’ve always earned a living by thinking outside the box. While it’s true that I’m focusing on long-term projects at this point, that doesn’t change the fact that originality is my #1 quality.

Wait a Second, “Unconventional Marketer”? Waddaya Mean?

If you’re associating the idea of “unconventional marketing” with fraud or something like that, breathe in and relax. No, that’s not what it’s all about. Not by a long shot. Unconventional marketing = making money by doing things differently.

Put me in front of a system (for example, a popular social media website) and I’ll show you how to game it for free (or extremely cheap) traffic. It doesn’t stop here, my approach to unconventional marketing is also extremely unique.

”Say what? A unique approach to unconventional marketing? Huh?”

OK, I probably lost you there, let me explain. As you’ll be able to find out yourself, I always (and I mean always) do things differently and not only when generating traffic.

For example, even though I’ve made money through let’s call them “innovative” methods, I have strict guidelines when it comes to the products I push. I always draw the line when it comes to people’s health. I don’t push pills, I don’t push supplements. If you can eat it, inhale it or apply it on your skin, I won’t push it. Never EVER.

I don’t see anything wrong with gaming a system, it’s a perfectly natural cat & mouse game. On the other hand, I’m extremely paranoid when it comes to people’s health. Some people understand the way I see things, others don’t. Either way, I don’t care. I don’t tell you how to run your business, don’t tell me how to run mine.

Another unique thing about me is that I’m as close as to being a “traditional businessman” as people who (used to) game systems for a living get. At this point, you probably think that I’m some kind of a brilliant coder who believes in automating everything. NOPE!

I couldn’t code to save my life and I generally don’t use software a lot. I believe in hiring people. Lots of people. Lots and lots of people. I have an idea, send a few emails and others execute. It’s a simple and effective approach which works.

Do you see those 3 sidebar ads which link to BillionDollarMedia.com? Well, guess what: if there’s something you need (articles? logos? SEO services? not a problem!), just say the word and Billion Dollar Media will make things happen. Don’t take my word for it, there are TONS of testimonials you can analyze: real testimonials written by real people on a 3rd party website (the Web’s #1 affiliate marketing forum, ’nuff said).

Cheaper + Better = Billion Dollar Media

Alright, so enough about my background. Let’s move on to a question I’m sure most of you are asking yourselves right now:

Are You a Domainer?

Yes and no. As I’ve mentioned previously, I USED to earn a living via unconventional marketing. At a certain point though, I had enough of short-term projects and wanted more. I got in touch with certain people, we exchanged ideas and here I am.

My long-term projects all have the concept of building businesses on premium Web properties as a foundation. As you’ll be able to find out, I own a lot of great domains (no LLLL dot coms, no dot mobis and the list could go on and on). Some of them are easily worth 5-6 figures on the reseller market. Don’t take my word for it, stick around and see for yourself. Actually, allow me to answer the most important question people should be asking themselves after visiting this blog for the first time:

Why Should I Bookmark It or Subscribe?

Two words: case studies. I put my money where my mouth is and am not afraid to document every step of my journey. You’ll see me establish partnerships, you’ll see me launch businesses. Sooner than you think, a lot sooner!

And by businesses, I mean more than just a few pages with some ads on them. Let’s cut the bs and actually understand that things have changed. It’s not 2001 anymore, you need to actually provide value to people if you’re interested in making some serious long-term cash. Can you make money through minisites? Yes, but why make your life a lot harder than it has to be? Seriously, with so many possibilities out there, why focus on a business model that’s fragile to say the least?

We need to analyze things from the consumer’s perspective. While, as domainers or developers, we might see that fact that things have gotten a lot more complicated as something bad, it really isn’t in the grand scheme of things. The Web is getting bigger and bigger, better and better. As a result, the average visitor is happier and happier. And, might I add, more and more willing to buy things online. From you, from me, from us. See what I mean?

For example, I’ll be launching a project which involves domains that are EASILY worth 6 figures together on the reseller market in a month a two. A project which involves MY OWN PRODUCT (not related in any way to domaining or making money online).

“Your Own Product?”

YES!

You see, I’m sick and tired of being afraid that company A or company B will ban me or otherwise pull the plug. Believe me, after gaming my share of systems, I’ve had enough. I want complete control over my business and having my own product definitely helps.

Again, I believe in putting my money where my mouth is. Stick around, bookmark the blog and you’ll find out yourself. I’ll be documenting every step of my journey and will let Billion Dollar Media’s results do all of the talking.

Will I be selling domains? Yep, stick around and you’ll see which. Maybe I’ll fail miserably, maybe I’ll succeed. Either way, you’ll find out.

Will I be selling websites? Again, yes!

Will I blog about all of my projects? I sure will, expect full disclosure!

A Short Recap: Why You Should Bookmark DomainingTips.com or Subscribe… NOW

If you’re interested in a unique perspective, a no bs approach to domaining as well as development (real development, not just a bunch of sites which don’t provide value) and tons of case studies, there’s no time like the present to bookmark DomainingTips.com or subscribe.

Expect FULL DISCLOSURE! No fluff, no “buying good domains is good, buying awful domains is bad” stating-the-obvious-ish advice. I’m not here to waste your time or insult your intelligence, let’s make some money!
