Everyone in domaining talks about either or ~ Either selling to fellow resellers or selling to so called end users. You are spot on, to ignore the potential webmaster buyers is to massively cut out a rich source of revenue, and yes I agree most webmasters worth their weight are only too aware of the importance of a good domain name.
